Dr. Nieves Botella Mira

Physiotherapist

Collegiate No. 4501 - College of Physiotherapists of the Valencian Community. My adventure in the world of physical therapy is not vocational, in fact, I wanted to be a veterinarian since I was very young, but due to life circumstances, I ended up entering the world of physical therapy.Dedicating myself to this has been a great decision, and I do not regret having studied it. As I was acquiring knowledge and putting it into practice in my work, I fell more and more in love with it, and it has ended up being my true vocation.

I have a degree in Physiotherapy from the CEU Cardenal Herrera University of Elche. Afterwards, I decided to take a course in Osteopathic Manual Physical Therapy at INSTEMA (Instituto de Postgrado En Terapia Manual). After finishing the above, I enrolled in a master’s degree in Osteopathic Techniques of the Locomotor System.

I have taken several courses on: Thalassotherapy techniques, neuromuscular bandaging (Kinesiotaping), manual therapy in the Comprehensive Syndrome of the Peripheral Nervous System, physiotherapy in TMJ, physiotherapeutic treatments of Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunctions (TMJ), R.E.S.E.T technique and Pilates Method for physiotherapists.

I have done voluntary internships at the General Hospital of Elda.

I worked as a physiotherapist at Centro Médico Helike, Elche (Alicante). Also, I was a physiotherapist at Clínica Italia (Alicante).

In the Medimar Clinic (Alicante), I was in the Aesthetic Surgery department doing lymphatic drainage.

Currently, I have been working full time at Clínica Kranion since 2010.
