COVID-19 PROTOCOL

From Kranion Clinic we would like to thank you for your patience and effort during these weeks. We are happy to inform you that from 11th May we will be gradually resuming our activity in the dental clinic; with caution and following the most demanding protocols.

In order to be able to attend to you, it is essential to make an appointment. You can contact us by phone: 965124365 or through our website www.clinicakranion.com

We have implemented a series of extraordinary measures to ensure the protection of all visitors to our facilities. After reviewing the most advanced protocols in the world, we have created a COVID-19 prevention system that we would like to explain to you in detail.

Measures taken by the Kranion Clinic against COVID-19

State-of-the-art PPE: the entire team will use the latest generation of protective equipment to ensure safe contact with patients and with each other.

  • Adaptation of waiting rooms: magazines have been removed to avoid cross-contamination between patients.
  • HEPA filters: we have installed maximum efficiency air filters in the dental clinic.
  • Hydration of clinical chairs with Hypochlorous Acid: we disinfect the surfaces of the chairs and all clinical furniture with Hypochlorous Acid, which has been scientifically proven to be effective in eliminating COVID.
  • Environmental disinfection with ozone: at night, when there is no activity in the clinic, several ozone generators are connected to achieve effective environmental disinfection.

Recommendations and advice for protection against COVID-19

  • Make an appointment in advance. As we have already mentioned, this is essential to avoid crowds in the waiting room.
  • Punctuality. Try to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment so that we can explain the entire preventive protocol to be carried out. We organise all patients and staff so that there is a minimum of overlap.
  • Avoid coming accompanied. We ask that patients come to the clinic alone, except in the case of small children and dependent persons.
  • Disinfect hands. Hydroalcoholic gel is available at the entrance and patients will be asked to use it to disinfect their hands upon arrival.
  • Do not rest personal items on surfaces. In the dental cabinets, we will provide you with a bag to store all your personal items so that they do not come into contact with other surfaces.
  • Use of mask and tights. Try to bring your own mask and at the entrance of the clinic we will provide you with a pair of tights. These protective barriers are essential during your stay at the clinic.
  • Safe distance. Keep a safe distance from other patients and staff. To know if you are respecting safety you can take as a reference that, by extending your arm, you should not be able to touch the other person.
